However, we do accept returns and exchanges for our products such as books, candles, jewelry, skincare, and unique gift items, all locally sourced. If you are dissatisfied with a product, please contact us within 14 days of purchase to arrange a return or exchange. We will process your request as soon as possible and ensure that you are satisfied with your new product. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
