Julie Wilcox is a seasoned Yoga Instructor, Personal Trainer, and Meditation Teacher with over 25 years of experience in holistic wellness. She earned her 200-hour yoga certification in Hawaii (2016) and her 300-hour certification in 2023, and has advanced training in meditation to support deeper mind–body integration magickoak.com. Julie guides students in Hatha, Vinyasa, restorative, and gentle yoga styles, weaving mindful breathing, alignment, and soothing transitions into every class

Restorative Yoga $25 | 75 minutes - Fall/Winter

Unwind in this deeply calming practice as Julie uses props to support your body in gentle, postural holds. This slow-paced session melts away stress, promotes nervous system balance, and cultivates deep healing and ease.

Gentle Yoga on the Decks $20 drop-in | $100 Six Session Pass | M, W, F

A soothing blend of stretching, breath awareness, and mindful movement ideal for beginners or anyone seeking a soft, nourishing flow. Held weekly on the scenic Jack London Village decks, weather permitting.

Workshops & Special Offerings

  • Sunday Morning Restorative Yoga
    Cozy into community practice—an opportunity to close the week with embodied rest and renewed inner peace. 75 minutes, $25; RSVP required.
  • Tea & Tarot with Optional Restorative Yoga
    Enjoy a unique blend of gentle yoga, mindful tea sipping, and tarot learning. Ground with movement and elevate with spiritual alignment at this hybrid offering.
